Workplace Bullying Hits New Highs in Australia/NZ

Bullying in the workplace may have hit new highs in Australia and New Zealand with 45% of 1,000 workers in the two countries reporting they were victims due to their race, gender, age, sexuality or disability. So reports NZ Herald.

Of the 45%, 15% said they quit due to the bullying. People with disabilities had it the worst with 64% saying they faced bullying, while 58% of those who identify as LGBT say they were victimized. Half of the respondents who say they were bullied were women and 38% were men.
