Last month, the retail giant also released its workforce diversity report, outlining the racial and gender make up from all its departments. The Minneapolis-based company announced it was donating $10 million to “advance social justice and support rebuilding and recovery efforts in local communities” following the killing of George Floyd by police in Minneapolis earlier this year.
