Even Better News for HR Pros Than Finally Adding New Hires

The most recent jobs report – the best since 2008 – may have signaled an official end to the Great Recession. It was certainly music to the ears of HR professionals who have gotten used to turning away prospective employees by the boatload. So reports Forbes.

At the same time, many jobs have evolved and changed since the economic downturn, even if our organizations have been stagnating. These particular changes would likely have happened in the best of times because they are technology-based.

From finally adopting cloud-based services, to satisfying pent-up demand for additions to staff and discovering more cost-effective solutions to increasingly complex work demands – our day-to-day responsibilities bear no relation to what they were a few short years ago. But, at least according to one source, it’s all good.
