HR Manager ‘Ticked’ About Imposter's Note to Paper About Travel Allowances 

A Canadian human resources manager said he is “ticked” that an imposter signed his name on a note leveling complaints he did not make about travel allowances. So reports The Intelligencer

Tim Osborne, HR manager for the city of Belleville, suspects a unhappy staffer had actually made out the note in his name and sent it to The Intelligencer.  “I don’t ever give you guys anything, so clearly I wouldn’t do that,” he said. “I would never write anything like that.”
