Huhman, a career expert and president of Come Recommended, a content/marketing firm, writes that to deal with this challenge, HR managers need to “discuss with your team members what would make their jobs easier, what systems the new tool needs to work with and whether one tool that provides multiple services would be ideal.”
HR managers also want to make sure the HR tools they select have solid security systems and to pick HR tools that can grow with the company, Huhman writes.
