Indicted And Fired HR Manager Sues for Breach Of Contract

A former human resources manager who was fired and then indicted on fraud and embezzlement charges has sued his former firm for breach of contract. So reports the Star Tribune

Larry Miller worked at Minneapolis-based Starkey Laboratories when the company’s majority owner, Bill Austin, fired him September 2015.
