Ex-HR Head Pleads Guilty to Sexual Contact with Interns

A former human resources director in Ohio pled guilty to two charges of unlawful restraint after being accused of having sexual contact with two female interns he managed. So reports the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Tye Smith, 48, had earlier been indicted in February of two counts of gross sexual imposition, as reported. Smith had told the two interns that he was doing studies on female health and sexuality concerns, said Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters.

Smith had served as HR director for Forest Park, a suburb of Cincinnati. He had resigned from that position in January following the allegations being made public.
