Debunking HR Myths

Confronting and debunking human resources myths can head-off a lot of potential problems that can create unnecessary headaches. So reports Forbes.

The Forbes Human Resources Council offers tips and suggestions on how to dispel common myths. In fact, our focus is really liability mitigation which really has roots in enabling people for success, developing people and creating environments for people to be their best.”

Another persistent myth is that HR always sides with the boss over employees. Angela Nguyen, vice president of HR and talent management at the Ad Exchange Group, says this notion is “not the ground truth.”
