Top HR Managers Fleeing WeWork

Nearly 12 of WeWork’s leading human resources managers have left over the last year or are getting ready to leave the firm amid massive turnmoil at the firm. So reports Business Insider, citing The Information.

Included among the department HR staff is the firm’s head HR officer. The departures are occurring amid reports the firm is cutting 2,000 jobs. It also recently called off its initial public offering. A WeWork representative did not respond by deadline to a request for comment.

While most of the HR managers left voluntarily, Business Insider reports that they had problems with CEO Adam Neumann or Jen Berrent, who is co-president and chief legal officer. Adam and Rebekah Newman recently left the firm. WeWork also is contending with sexual harassment claims from at least two former HR officials.
