J.J. Abrams' 'Bad Robot' Good at Workplace Diversity

Acclaimed director/producer J.J. Abrams has announced new hiring practices at his company, Bad Robot, aimed at creating a workforce that represents the demographic makeup of the U.S. So reports Time.

Roughly, the articles states, that is "50 percent women, 12 percent black, 18 percent Hispanic, 6 percent Asian." Recently, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences came under fire for not nominating any black actors or actresses for their work in last year’s movies.
