Major General Mustion Retires from Top Army HR Post

After 34 years of service, Major General Richard Mustion, has stepped down as the head of the U.S. Army Human Resources Command post and Major General Thomas Seamands was sworn in as his replacement. So reports NBC affiliate Wave3 News.

Seamands will be tasked with staffing the Army around the world, which is a “mission vital to U.S. strategic and tactical readiness and success.” Seamands, most recently worked in Washington as Director of Military Personnel Management for the Army, and helped create many of the policies he is now tasked with implementing.
