CareerBuilder, a leading provider of job listings, has built an extensive SaaS platform over a number of years, expedited by its 2014 purchase of Broadbean, a maker of cloud software used to aggregate job distribution data analytics and candidate sourcing data.
Broadbean’s products enable CareerBuilder’s clients to distribute their job openings to multiple sites while more efficiently tracking applications. CareerBuilder1, the company’s new “pre-hire platform,” combines its myriad HR SaaS products (including a cloud-based applicant tracking system, or ATS, the result of another acquisition) into an integrated platform.
Competing job boards also say they now provide HR SaaS as a way of helping clients increase their revenue base and focus on long-term growth.
