CHROs Success Hinges On Getting Close to CEO

The C-suite has never been more crowded, but chief human resources officers (CHROs) still need to hone-in on the CEO. So reports Human Resources Director Magazine.

C-suite officers all have crucial roles that CHROs need to appreciate to do their job better, but it always comes back to the CEO. “The CEO sets the culture of the organization and must live and actively demonstrate the company’s values, mission and objectives, always being a role model displaying the desired organizational behaviors,” says Mathew Paine, director of HR at the International Convention Centre in Sydney, Australia.
