Weston-based Ultimate Software has succeeded in wooing recruits from Silicon Valley and other regions to its South Florida location thanks to benefits such as unlimited paid-time off and for footing the entire cost of life insurance.
The survey by Great Place to Work in partnership with Fortune, polled more than 540,000 U.S. employees about their workplace experiences.
Ultimate Software also has an equal number of male and female workers.
"We have really low turnover and attrition is somewhere around 5% to 6%," said Felicia Alvaro, chief financial officer.
