Harvard Business School Creates New Diversity Leadership Role

Harvard Business School is looking to hire its first associate director for diversity, inclusion and belonging. So reports The Harvard Crimson.

The new director will collaborate with students, faculty and staff to bolster equity and inclusion at the school, says Ellen Mahoney, chief human resources officer at HBS. Mahoney helped to create the position.

“When you look at inclusion and belonging, we all have our sense for what that means,” Mahoney said. “Part of what we are trying to figure out is what that means for the various communities that come here.”
