Among 25 firms on the LinkedIn Australia 2018 list, Commonwealth Bank, Deloitte Australia and KPMG Australia placed second, third and fourth, respectively.
Workplace flexibility was often a factor. For example, Commonwealth Bank and KPMG Australia both allow employees to buy an extra four weeks of leave at these firms.
