Benefit: Service Watches Over Employees' Kids At Work

A new child care service is working with Australian companies so employees can have their kids with them at work when they are off school during break. So reports 9news.

KidsCo Australia will watch over employees' children at the companies' worksites, saving parents time picking up and dropping off their children at outside locations during the two-week winter break. The employees' children will be in the same building as their parents, but not where they actually work.

"We work with the employers to set up a program in whatever space they give us--be it an auditorium, a board room, a function room--and set up our dynamic themed days in the workplace," says Laynton Allan, co-founder of KidsCo Australia. "Then we have a team of teachers that come in."

It costs about $88 per child, per day, which some companies are happy to pay.
