The new directive is aimed at bolstering "increased teaming and physical and emotional connections" among all employees, human resources leaders at the firm note in a memo sent to workers. The change means staff will have to work in the office or onsite a minimum three days a week.
"We want you to be physically present with our clients and with each other, and we talked about how we can achieve this in a respectful manner that has purpose," the memo notes. "We achieve our best results when we operate as an integrated set of teams, aligned with each other and working to meet the demands of the marketplace and of our clients.
