Hong Kong Workers Not Happy with Bosses

Workers in Hong Kong are not as happy with their bosses when compared to employees in other Asia Pacific markets and workers around the globe. So reports HRM Asia.

The employee engagement index report from HR consultant Mercer determined that Hong Kong employee engagement has steadily decreased in the last three years while employee satisfaction globally has trended up. About 75% of Hong Kong employees report being happy versus 81% of workers in mainland China and India.

The Mercer survey included responses from more than 40 companies in Hong Kong.
