The diversity report from Champions for Change had polled more than 80,000 employees and found that men made up 64.6% of board level executives, while women made up 35.4%. For C-Suite roles, including CEOs and COOs, men were 67% and women 33%.
For executives below C-Suite leaders and general managers, men comprised nearly 70%, while women were 30.5%. Women did edge out men, 51% versus 49%, in non-managerial roles.
