An 80+ year-old law firm is touting a revamped parental leave program that provides 20 weeks of fully-paid leave for new parents. So reports Above The Law.

The Benesch law firm previously offered 12 weeks of paid leave with the opportunity to take an extra six weeks without pay. Its program is gender neutral as well. “As Benesch’s exponential growth across the country continues, we need to be flexible and supportive for our attorneys,” says Liz Gillmore, chief human resources officer at the firm. “We believe this is the longest paid parental leave in the law firm world and we are proud to be leading the industry.”
