Nearly 25% of VA healthcare systems are looking to recruit and hire more HR staff. The job role has grown by almost 8% in the last three years and predicted to grow further.
“VA service begins with VA people,” said Darren Sherrard, associate director of recruitment marketing. “HR managers help ensure that we attract, employ and retain the best and most qualified people, so that we can continue to provide the highest level of care to Veterans across the country.”
