Ex-Employee Settles With Hospital He Alleged Outed His HIV-Positive Status

The ex-employee of a Colorado hospital reached a settlement in a lawsuit where he alleged the human resources manager made his HIV-positive status public. So reports The Aspen Daily News.

The former worker at Aspen Valley Hospital alleged in his lawsuit that the hospital fired him in January 2015 after he filed a compliant to the Office for Civil Rights and the U.S. Department of Labor.
