Melody Lenox received the candy from a company called Dicks By Mail last month and is suing that company to force them to reveal who sent the package. Lenox, who works for Axxess Technology Solutions, a health care technology firm, alleges whoever sent the package is harassing her.
Lenox also says her car has been keyed and that she has been harassed in fake Craigslist ads and that the same person may be involved. The company notes on its site that its “products are a lighthearted and humorous joke designed to amuse the recipient.”
“By purchasing our products you represent that you are not using them to harass the recipient in any way or for any unlawful purpose," the site notes. "If you are not completely sure the recipient will understand the comedic novelty of our products, do not send."
