FBI Spends $100M to Modernize HR 

The FBI has given Accenture Federal Services a seven-year, $100 million contract to bring its digital human resources system up to speed. So reports FedScoop.

The $100 million makeover will help the FBI “gain greater insight and increase efficiencies to reduce administrative burdens for FBI employees across the country,” it notes in a release. A driving force to upgrade HR is to have a workforce that is just as diverse as the population, Vinicio Ingrao, Accenture program manager for the HR Source contract, said in a release. 

“Now more than ever, the FBI has greater insight into its applicants and employee workforce,” Ingrao said. “This award enables the FBI to continue to build upon these capabilities to serve changing mission, workforce and business needs in the years to come.”
