Ohio Businesses Get Help From a 'Success Coach'

Local businesses in Marion, Ohio, now have the opportunity to work with a so-called “success coach” to reduce employee turnover and help workers excel. So reports the Marion Star.

The success coach comes from Marion Matters, which won a $170,882 grant last year in collaboration with The United Way of Marion County, to conduct the program. OhioHealth is the first firm to tap the services of success coach, Jennifer Johnson.  “My goal is to reduce turnover and increase productivity by removing any barriers that prevent people from getting to work, staying at work and being more productive,” she said.’’
