CHROs Second Oldest Among C-Suite Heads

Chief human resource officers trail only CEOs for being the oldest average C-Suite executives. So reports Korn Ferry

The average age of CHROs was 55 compared to 58 for CEOs, a new Korn Ferry Institute survey finds. It reviewed the top 1,000 U.S. firms (by revenue) at the end of last year. CHROs had an average tenure of 5 years, third behind CEOs, 8 years, and chief financial officers, 5.1 years.
