The Fit Culture App is billed as a "fun and simple discovery journey through bite-sized capsules on topics such as entrepreneurship, agility, networking and collaboration," a company release notes. The goal of the new app "is to take our onboarding practices to the next level and to give each and every employee, from the moment they arrive, the keys to succeed in full alignment with company values such as multiculturalism, diversity and inclusion," says Laurent Reich, director of International Learning Practices.
The free app was made available last month and uses texts, videos, employee testimonials, quizzes, games and real-life instances that quickly help new employees get up to speed on the firm’s culture. Its available in 11 languages.
