The district said its investigation of Milton Walters was a "personnel matter" and provided no other information. Walters, who took the position in October 2016, was suspended with pay, said Ebony Pugh, district spokeswoman. He was paid $145,743.
KDKA-TV, news partner of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, quoted an unnamed source who said Walters' suspension came after a subordinate reported "improper and unwanted interactions." That subordinate is on leave as well after she underwent a job performance review, according to KDKA-TV.
