Ex-HR Director Indicted on Sex Charges

Prosecutors have indicted a former human resources director on charges that he had sexual contact with two female interns who he supervised. So reports the Associated Press.

Hamilton County prosecutor Joe Deters charged Tye Smith with two counts of gross sexual imposition. Smith is alleged to have told the interns that he was doing studies on health and sexuality issues. Smith served as the HR director for Forest Park, a suburb of Cincinnati. If convicted, Smith could be jailed for 120 days.
