Accounting Firm Hosts 'Escape The Office' Challenge

A New York tax and accounting firm has found a novel way to reward its staff after the long hours of tax season. So reports CPA Practice Advisor.

Long Island-based Margolin, Winer & Evens, hosted an "Escape the Office" challenge at the end of the tax season. The challenge is a version of the popular "Escape the Room" experience where participants are given a certain amount of time to find clues and solve puzzles that will enable their escape. 

"We always find a way to celebrate the end of the season as a team," says Christine Brennan-Savino, director of human resources. "Launching the 'Escape the Office' event was the perfect way for our team to kick off the end of a busy tax season."
