Scott Lindsey alleges in a lawsuit he filed in December last year that he was forced to resign after he was punished for speaking out about sexual harassment complaints that were not being addressed. Lindsey decided to talk about his experience after noting that the school district’s law firm recently warned that a morale crisis could hurt with recruiting and hiring.
“It was almost kind of like—and I’m not making this up—it’s almost as if ISIS took over an HR department,” Lindsey says. “That’s the only way I can describe it.”
The school district did not comment on Lindsey’s lawsuit.
