Volkswagen Revamps HR

Volkswagen’s HR division is revamping its leadership structure worldwide as it transform its brand. So reports Automotive World.

The revamp means “overhauling our processes, moving forward with digitalization, restructuring and focusing on the top know-how of our leadership team,” says Gunnar Kilian, Volkswagen board member for HR. The changes will take place by September 1.

One change involves Nicole Kösling becoming head of HR at the Wolfsburg factory in Germany, moving from her previous role as senior vice president HR and Organization Volkswagen Group of America, Chattanooga Operations. Burkhard Ulrich takes over for Kösling. Ulrich had been management board member for HR and Organization at Volkswagen Osnabrück in Germany.
