Ex-Under Armour Exec Files Racial Discrimination Suit

A former marketing executive for Under Armour has sued the Baltimore-based athletic apparel giant for racial discrimination and defamation. So reports The Baltimore Sun.

Leon Duncan also filed the suit against his manager, alleging that he was treated unfairly compared to his white colleagues. Duncan worked at the firm for a decade. He seeks $75,000 in damages. Under Armour declined to discuss the case, noting the firm does not comment on ongoing litigation.
