The entrepreneur tweeted on Memorial Day weekend “3-Day weekends are better than 2-Day weekends. We should seriously look at 4-day workweeks. Studies show that we would be just as productive. It would create jobs at the margins and improve mental health.”
Many companies have required their employees to work from home as they seek to comply with city and state requirements for social distancing to stem the spread of COVID-19. But, with more and more states allowing for phased reopening over the last two months, businesses are contending with how best to have their employees report back to the workplace.
