In the newly-created role, Jackson oversees the Baltimore-based company’s diversity and inclusion programs. He also will develop new strategies to help T. Rowe Price bolster its recruitment, retention and development of diverse associates. He started in the role last month.
Jackson previously worked as national diversity officer for the wealth management businesses of Morgan Stanley.
