Millennials Attracted to ‘Start-up’ Culture, Want Freedom

In the next ten years millennials will comprise of 75% of the global workforce, writes author and speaker Dov Baron, and companies should pay attention to what attracts them to a job. So reports Business Management Daily.

The Millennial generation, a diverse lot that has a high degree of technological savvy and plenty of education, want to feel connected to their jobs, have freedom to be creative and grow at work and has a strong desire to be active in the community.

“Millennials are generally not ‘one person, one job’ kind of people," the story reads. Further, HR research finds that Millennials are not big fans of large corporations and are even less fond of feeling like a 'thing' rather than a 'person with something to offer.'
