New Year’s Resolutions for the Workplace

Job site CareerBuilder surveyed more than 3,200 employees and their resolutions for 2016 and their answers reflect more confidence in the economy and in their careers than in recent surveys, especially among younger respondents. So reports Business Insider.

Some 21% of them (30% among millennials) expect to have a new job this year, up from 16% last year. The other most popular resolutions for the coming year revealed by include:

  • Save more money out of paychecks (38%)
  • Reduce their stress levels (28%)
  • Move up the corporate ladder (26%)
  • Consume healthier food at work (19%)
  • Enhance their work knowledge through training or courses (17%)

The annual study was conducted by Harris Poll.
