In our constantly evolving and increasingly demanding business environment, we all know that managing talent to encourage high performance will take on ever-greater importance. So reports Training Mag.

A Korn-Ferry survey released last year cited Talent Management (TM) as the single most important corporate strategy among 45% of global executives. At the same time, more than a third of those executives had failed to implement a TM strategy.

Subsequently, HR management and research firm Brandon Hall Group published its "High-Performance Integrated Talent Management Framework" on how corporations can adopt a business-driven talent-management program. One critical component of the group's Integrated TM model: Learning and Development, or L&D.
