Goldman Sachs’ HR Head Reveals the Most Important Way to Foster Worker Success

Goldman Sachs' head of human resources credits her success to managers who took the time to get to know her and says it's a game plan other managers should follow. So reports Business Insider.

"The best way to be inclusive is to really know your people, to know every single person that works with you and know what makes them tick, what opportunities they might want, what they need to get better at, what feedback they need to have," Sally Boyle says.

This is not easy and first requires that managers understand that every single employee is different. "But as manager, you need to understand those differences," she notes.
