If and When Retirement Becomes an Option, No Shortage of Destinations

Even with many of our workforce participants living and working longer, many of them are planning for and look forward to retirement. At the same time, 21st-century retirement looks a lot different than it did for many previous retirees. So reports U.S. News & World Report.

Of course, there will be those who can afford to play golf, travel or spend time with their grandchildren, but many other seniors will need to, or want to, continuing working – even if only part-time. Still others plan to indulge interests or passions that were put on back burners during their working years.

Because the retirement force is becoming as diverse as the workforce is, the destinations and lifestyle choices available to them have created an industry unto itself. What are your staffers thinking of doing in their next chapters?
