According to a new study from The Boston Consulting Group and the World Federation of People Management Associations, the 100 best companies to optimize HR performance vastly outperformed the study's index rating. Effective recruiting, communication, support of executive operations and an understanding of business targets are vital, the articles states, as well as effectively using "people analytics" and automated processes.
Also, some of the most successful HR departments showed an ability to consistently improve their performance. Survey responses from more than 3,500 executives across industries spanning an excess of 100 countries were included in the report.
