Employees and HR departments go through a mutual set of stages that fluctuate based on circumstance, need and business climate. Sometimes, one stage will need to be addressed more than another. So reports the Huffington Post.

  • Evaluation
  • Celebration

Each offer these stages offer unique opportunities and challenges, and need to be periodically checked.

Suggestions regarding how to grow your business, get the most productivity out of employees and address problems at each stage are covered in the piece. It also notes that managing the end of the cycle is just as important as managing the individual stages.
