‘Trust Agents’ Can Help Create a Better HR

HR managers have taken a lot of heat for high turnover rates. Paired with a constant barrage of new government regulations, it can be a challenging position.

However, by reinventing the HR department and turning its staff into “Trust Agents,” companies can see newfound success. So reports Forbes.

“Their goal is not to manage resources,” the article says of a new-age HR department. “Instead, the purpose of HR is to grow trust between the organization, managers, workers and the government.” By fostering an environment of trust, less time will be wasted on conflict and more resources will be available for growth.
